2 hours from MELBOURNE at Banfields Aged Care. Thompson Avenue, Cowes, VIC

• Shift timing: 9:00--5:30.

THE POSITION

• A dynamic role that requires the ability to work on one’s own as well as with a team
• Aged care facility supporting 68 residents.
• Preparing Breakfast, M/Tea, Lunch, A/Tea and Evening meals
• Responsible for the diet requirements for shift being covered
• Following all Food and Safety procedures
• Cleaning duties and temperature recording

THE PERSON

• Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
• Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
• Has good time management skills 
• Experience within a similar environment beneficial.
• Must be triple vaccinated against Covid.
