THE POSITION
A dynamic role that requires the ability to work on one’s own as well as with a team
Aged care facility supporting 68 residents.
Preparing Breakfast, M/Tea, Lunch, A/Tea and Evening meals
Responsible for the diet requirements for shift being covered
Following all Food and Safety procedures
Cleaning duties and temperature recording
THE PERSON
Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
Has good time management skills
Experience within a similar environment beneficial.
Must be triple vaccinated against Covid.
