• Weekday availability required Monday to Friday and occasional weekends
• Variety across schools, corporate offices and venue style sites

Compass Group is seeking Casual Chefs to work at different sites in Sunshine Coast. The casual pool offers a wide mix of shifts so you can choose what fits your week.

THE POSITION
• Prepare, cook and present high quality meals
• Maintain strong awareness of nutrition and healthy eating
• Support all stations and areas of the kitchen
• Follow health and safety and food safety standards
• Keep wastage to a minimum and support efficient kitchen flow

THE PERSON
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or above 
• 2+ years experience working as a Chef
• Experience in fine dining, events or functions with strong attention to detail
• High energy with professional presentation
• Own transport preferred, or ability to access public transport easily
• Willing to work across different sectors including Education, Venues and Corporate
• Must have or be able to obtain a National Police Check and Blue Card
