The Position

• Supervise kitchen operations, prepare, cook, and present food, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
• Receive, store, rotate supplies, and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Maintain hygiene, presentation standards, and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Develop industry knowledge through training, updating skills, and maintaining certifications.
• Apply catering control principles to reduce waste, control portions, and manage stock effectively.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies in all kitchen activities.

 The Person

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Prior experience in a similar culinary environment
• Ability to work under pressure with professionalism and positivity
• Team player who can also work independently
• Flexible, reliable, and physically fit
• Strong communication skills and hardworking attitude
