The Position:

• Maintain all catering standards by building and managing a small team dedicated to excellent customer service.
• Safeguard OH&S compliance and HACCP.
• Champion a strong focus on sustainability and a passion for waste reduction.
• Forecast food and labour requirements through effective rostering, ordering and stock control.
• Drive exceptional food safety and quality with a focus on allergen and dietary requirements
• Strong level knowledge and experience of operational and financial performance in the leisure sector
• Interact with stakeholders at the hotel and a broad support network

The Person:

• Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery.
• Experience in comparable role preferred.
• Comfortable with people management, development of the team, and maintaining training standards.
• High level knowledge in HACCP, allergen management and food safety.
