THE POSITION

• Prep and cook all items across our broad menus and daily specials.
• Deliver to our Client's high expectation of a premium experience.
• Taking responsibility for the food production and be versatile to work across all stations.
• Build positive relationships with our internal and external customers.
• Adhering to all relevant health and safety and food safety standards.

THE PERSON

• Trade Qualified Chef
• Able to work autonomously and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in within a high paced & high quality a la carte environment
• Excellent and Innovative culinary skills
• Be motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
• Solid knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
