Restaurant Associates is seeking a Chef to join our high-performing kitchen team delivering exceptional food experiences at a global tech institution in the Sydney CBD. This full-time opportunity offers a fantastic work-life balance with Monday to Friday shifts, no weekends, and real pathways to grow your hospitality career.

The Position

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food for events and buffets
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and receiving supplies
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with company protocols
• Contribute to menu planning, catering for special dietary and cultural needs
• Support event planning and provide excellent customer service

The Person

• Strong knife skills and food prep experience
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow direction
• Well-presented with strong communication skills
• Must pass a valid Police Check
