$36.13 p/h + Super

The Position

• Collaborating with the kitchen team in creating and executing unforgettable menus.
• High quality buffet, with changes to menu weekly, to a high standard.
• Overseeing and recording the Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
• Preparing dishes in a fast-paced environment.
• Supporting the Head Chef in stock management and minimising food wastage.

THE PERSON

• Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery.
• Leadership abilities and enjoys creating a positive work culture.
• Experience with cooking healthy and nutritious food in a cafe and catering environment.
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety.
• Experience in menu development and costing.
