We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team, offering a Monday to Friday schedule with shifts from 6 AM to 2 PM. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a close-knit, existing team and to further develop your culinary career.

The Position:

• Cafe and function catering for a variety of clients.
• Run the kitchen autonomously, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Focus on high-quality food preparation, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage food safety, food costing, and budget control.
• Collaborate with a hands-on, team-oriented kitchen environment.

The Person:

• Previous senior chef experience with the ability to run a kitchen independently.
• Passion for quality, presentation, and exceptional service.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
• Experienced in food costing and budget management.
• A hands-on, team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
