The Role

• A dynamic role that requires the ability to work on one’s own as well as with a team.
• Fast paced and customer interactive.
• Food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food offerings
• Demonstrate an understanding of nutritional needs and food textures in an aged care environment.

The Person

• Passionate about healthy and nutritious eating. 
• Experience within a similar environment beneficial.
• Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery
• Must be triple vaccinated against Covid.
