Compass Group is recruiting Casual Chefs to work across several sites in Canberra. With a variety of shifts on offer working in our casual pool, we have flexible shift options available to suit. 

THE POSITION:

• Food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food offerings
• Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating as well as allergens and dietary requirements
• Able to work across all stations/ areas of the kitchen
• Adhering to all relevant health and safety and food safety standards, ensuring wastage is kept to a minimum

THE PERSON: 

• Minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery 
• Background in fine dining/events and functions and an eye for detail
• Great energy and professional presentation
• The willingness to work across various sectors and locations (i.e. Education, Venues, Corporate, etc.)
