Location: Cobar, NSW

Chef / Chef Manager Roster: 8 days on 6 days off – 12-hour days

Catering/ Cleaning Roster: 14 days on 7 days off – 10-hour days

Accommodation + meals provided for you whilst on site

The Positions:

Chef Manager: FIFO from Sydney – salary starting from $117,000 + super

Chefs: FIFO from Sydney – salary starting from $100,000 + super

Catering Allrounders: DIDO for locals of the area – salary starting from $80,000 + super

Cleaning Allrounders: DIDO for locals of the area – salary starting from $80,000 + super

The Position:

As part of our team, you will:

• Develop your hospitality skills in a friendly and supportive environment
• Adhere to high standards of food safety and cleaning practices
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Contribute positively to a team-focused workplace

Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded:

• Food preparation and hospitality services
• Cleaning and housekeeping
• Customer service and client interactions

The Person:

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

• Ability to follow direction and work effectively within a small team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, flexible, and professional attitude

Additional Requirements:

• Chefs must hold an Australian Trade Certificate in Cookery
• Must be able to provide work rights
• Must provide valid photo identification
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and drug screening
