What we’re looking for:

• Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery 
• High level of Food Safety Management and Allergen Awareness 
• Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• A strong work ethic, creativity, and commitment to excellence
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for seasonal, high-quality produce and innovative cuisine
• Full working rights in Australia
