Compass Group is seeking Casual Chefs to work across several sites in the Sydney Eastern Suburbs. The casual pool offers a wide mix of shifts so you can choose what suits your week.

THE POSITION
• Prepare, cook and present high quality meals
• Maintain strong awareness of nutrition and healthy eating
• Support all stations and areas of the kitchen
• Follow health and safety and food safety standards
• Keep wastage low and support efficient kitchen flow

THE PERSON
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Experience in fine dining, events or functions with strong attention to detail
• Bulk cooking experience in a busy kitchen environment
• High energy with professional presentation
• Willing to work across Education, Venues, Corporate and other sectors
