THE POSITION
Oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency.
Manage dishwashing, waste disposal, and equipment maintenance to maintain high standards.
Coordinate with chefs and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Train, mentor, and lead a team of stewards to deliver exceptional service.
THE PERSON
Proven experience in stewarding or back-of-house operations within high-volume environments.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent understanding of hygiene, safety, and compliance standards in hospitality.
Adaptable and proactive, thriving under pressure during large-scale events.
