The Position
  • Clearing tables
  • Loading and unloading service trolleys - glassware, cutlery, plates and crockery
  • Clean all public areas and back-of-house areas 
  • Clean and maintain washrooms, toilets and showers.
  • Wash dishes and glassware
  • Carry out programmed / regular cleaning duties as allocated
  • Understand the correct usage and storage of cleaning agents in line with health and safety regulations and manufacturer’s instructions
The Person
  • Have an absolute “can do” attitude. 
  • You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
  • Understanding of food safety requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
  • Safety mindset
  • Well-groomed and professional in appearance
