We’re seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our team at Holsworthy Barracks, supporting the Australian Defence Force through our ESS (Defence, Offshore & Remote) business. In this role, you’ll help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for Defence personnel living and working on base.

As part of the Compass Group, you’ll be joining a supportive team that values safety, respect, and excellence in everything we do.

Your responsibilities will include:

• General cleaning duties across accommodation, offices, and common areas

• Maintaining cleaning equipment and storage spaces

• Following safety, hygiene and site-specific procedures

• Providing high-quality service with strong attention to detail

• Working effectively within a team to meet daily cleaning schedules

What we’re looking for:

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping or facilities experience (highly regarded)

• A strong focus on safety, teamwork and reliability

• Good communication skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required

• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance

• Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this position
