• Fly In Fly Out - Brisbane
• 9 days on, 5 days off, 10 hours per day
• Full time permanent salary of $95,000

The Position:

As a Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for daily operations, supervision of 5-20 Cleaners, reporting to upper-level management and cleaning of communal buildings and facilities.

• Cleaning of communal buildings and facilities on site including but not limited to offices, training rooms, crib huts, washrooms, locker rooms and bath houses
• Waste removal, power washing pathways and light grounds work
• Ability to work in a physically demanding and active role, working 10 hour days on your feet
• Training of new employees
• Lead your team by example
• Conduct effective prestart meetings
• Manage performance issues
• Demonstrate and reinforce safe behaviors, effectively investigating and reporting all hazards/incidents and injuries
• Prepare and submit performance reports and field leadership as and when required

The Person:

• Previous supervisory experience in cleaning roles (essential)
• Exemplary interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate systems knowledge (essential)
• Neat, tidy and professional in appearance
• Be conditioned to the extreme weather in Central QLD
• Previous remote experience preferred
