What You'll Do

• Demonstrate a professional and proactive approach, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Complete ad hoc tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage end-to-end preparation and oversight of Profit & Loss statements
• Deliver accurate and insightful month-end reporting
• Provide client billing and financial reporting support
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and financial reviews
• Develop budgets, forecasts and commercial evaluations
• Ensure contractual and financial compliance requirements are met
• Support internal and external stakeholders with financial analysis and insights
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and project work

What You'll Bring

You are a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• A degree in Accounting and/or progress towards CA or CPA qualifications
• Relevant commercial accounting or finance experience
• Experience within large, complex organisations will be highly regarded

Desirable

• Experience using Oracle ERP systems
• Experience in financial modelling and commercial analysis
• Previous experience within a commercial accounting environment
