The Position

• Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer service.
• Manage front desk operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist guests with enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Provide information, directions, and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Coordinate visitor arrivals and departures efficiently and professionally.
• Build positive relationships with guests and stakeholders through outstanding service.
• Maintain a polished and welcoming front-of-house environment.
• Consistently deliver a premium concierge experience while exceeding guest expectations.

The Person

• Previous experience in a concierge, reception, customer service, or front-of-house role.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong time management abilities.
• Professional, confident, and well-presented at all times.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and guest assistance.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexible and adaptable with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
