THE POSITION

• Produce incredibly delicious culinary offerings.
• Prepare and present mouth-watering dishes. 
• Maintain an awareness and present options for nutritional healthy eating.
• Always uphold the fantastic customer focus, responding to feedback positively and proactively.
• Cleaning, temperature recording and allergy recording. 

THE PERSON

• Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required.
• Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines.
• Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
• Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations.
