The Position

• Produce incredibly delicious culinary
• Maintain an awareness and present options for nutritional healthy eating
• Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation and stock control.
• Uphold a fantastic customer focus at all times
• Roster - Monday 11:30-7:30, Thursday 11:30-7:30, Sunday 11:30 - 7:30

The Person

• 2+ years experience as a Cook in a high-volume environment
• Customer service skills
• Good knife skills
• Can do Attitude 
• Must have Sound understanding of Allergen Management, HACCP qualifications and the ability to work within budgets
• Applicants are required to have the Working with Children's Check.
