THE POSITION

• Produce incredibly delicious culinary offerings
• Monday and Tuesday 6.30 am to 2.30pm (possibility for additional hours)
• Short order cooking
• Adhere to food and safety regulations
• Always uphold the fantastic customer focus, responding to feedback positively and proactively
• Cleaning, temperature recording and allergy recording 

THE PERSON

• Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
• Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
• Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
