The Position

• Contribute innovative menu ideas that highlight fresh, locally inspired ingredients
• Work closely with our dedicated team to craft exciting weekly, monthly, and seasonal specials
• Help monitor and promote allergen and dietary considerations for our guests’ safety
• Be a ‘safety first’ advocate, ensuring you and your team head home in even better shape than when you arrived!

The Person:

• Experience in bulk cooking, whether in a hotel or café setting
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing presentations
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour
• Adaptable to last-minute requests with a cheerful attitude
• Must have reliable transportation
