THE POSITION

  • high-volume cooking with a set menu, a great opportunity for someone who enjoys consistency, efficiency, and teamwork
  • Assist with food preparation and kitchen support tasks
  • Maintain a strong customer focus, responding to feedback with a positive and proactive approach

THE PERSON

  • Proactive and willing to take initiative to support the team and take on additional tasks as needed
  • Self-motivated, organised, and confident working independently to meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and procedures
