THE POSITION

• Assist food production and menu-based catering for 102 residents in this modern aged care facility. 
• Apply catering control principles; waste minimisation and cleaning
• Responsible for maintaining food safety practices
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

THE PERSON

• Knowledge of food hygiene & OH&S
• Excellent time management, organisational, communication skills
• Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
• Police Check holder (or be willing to obtain a police check)
