THE POSITION
Produce buffet offerings for hotel guests
Early mornings up to 4 mornings plus some weekend work
Bulk cooking for up to 500 guests
Cleaning, temperature recording and allergy recording
THE PERSON
Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
Breakfast, catering or buffet experience
Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
Administration skills for ordering, food safety, stock management
