THE POSITION

• Cooking and food preparation
• Re-heating and plating food with great presentation
• Prepare food for the guests in line with clients standards
• Maintain and follow food safety protocol with awareness of allergen control 
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness is maintained 

THE PERSON

• 12 months experience in a similar role 
• Experience in a comparable environment or within a multi-site catering environment
• Ability to work effectively and liaise with front of house staff 
• A real food - a passion for food and quality service
