THE POSITION:

Working alongside a large and ambitious team, you will be working to a structured roster that will see you:

• Contribute to menu ideas that explore fresh and locally inspired ingredients
• Collaborate with the wider team to create weekly, monthly, and seasonal specials
• Play a part in monitoring allergen and dietary awareness
• Be a ‘safety first’ champion, ensuring that you and your team always return home in better shape than when you started your shift!

THE PERSON:

For us, attitude and passion for the culinary arts are the best credentials!

• Bulk cooking experience, either within a hotel or a café
• Will possess a keen eye for detail, quality, and presentation standards
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high demanding role while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• Be willing to adapt to last minute requests with a positive attitude on a day-to-day basis
• Must have own transport.
