The position:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes for banquets and buffets with impeccable plating.
Adhere to allergen safety protocols, ensuring safe food options for clients with sensitivities.
Maintain strict food safety standards from preparation to delivery.
Lead banquet and buffet service, delivering visually stunning and delicious food.
Coordinate with the Central Production Unit (CPU) and ensure safe delivery to event sites.
Collaborate with event planners, front-of-house teams, and clients to ensure seamless service and satisfaction.
The Person:
Proven experience as a Chef, particularly in high-end banquet, buffet, or catering environments.
Extensive knowledge of food allergens and safety protocols.
Expertise in food presentation, with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and deliver consistently excellent results.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
A passion for fine food and an ability to think creatively to enhance food offerings.
Flexibility to work in various settings and adapt to different client requirements.
Additional Requirements:
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Valid food safety certification
National police check
