THE POSITION 

• Play a pivotal role supporting the day-to-day catering operations 
• Plan and execute a seasonal grab n' go and la carte menus, drawing upon local providers for inspiration
• Providing onsite catering whilst offering support to the function and events operation
• Mentor an eager team of culinary enthusiasts
• Stock control and budget management, including labour and wastage
• Champion our safety-first culture
• Be flexible in delivering menus according to dietary requirements

THE PERSON

• Certificate III/IV Commercial Cookery 
• Previous experience as a leader and enjoys creating a positive work culture
• Culinary background in restaurants/ functions and events
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines  
• Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
• Medium level of Computer literacy
