The Position
Deliver exceptional service and high-quality meals to staff, residents, and guests.
Maintain a high standard of food safety and hygiene protocols whilst maintaining clean & organized workspaces at all times.
Prepare and cook diverse dishes whilst considering dietary requirements and guest preferences.
Collaborate with a supportive kitchen team in a structured and professional environment.
Adapt to different environments and kitchens while consistently delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
The Person
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate.
Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in remote site kitchens.
Knowledge of food safety standards and culinary techniques.
High-volume catering, including bulk catering and function/banquet experience.
Australian Drivers License will be required.
