Dual Trade Technician - Electrician/HVAC 

• Permanent full-time, Monday to Friday
• Salary: $110K gross + superannuation

Delta FM are currently seeking Dual Trade-qualified Electrician's / Refrigeration Technician's to join our team, where you'll be a key member of the maintenance team.

The Position

As a Dual Trade Electrician / Refrigeration Technician you'll be responsible for repairs wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment.  You'll also install and repair industrial and commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

• Planned Preventative Maintenance
• Reactive and Corrective Maintenance
• Ensuring continuity of essential building and engineering services across Defence facilities
• Conducting maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, fault finding, repairs, and planned works
• Working collaboratively with staff and subcontractors to meet operational delivery requirements for Defence on-base accommodation
• Actively participating in driving regular and sustainable improvement in safety performance

THE PERSON

• Full Australian Working Rights
• Trade qualification relevant to state
• NT Drivers License
• Current Full NT Electrical Licence 
• Unrestricted Arctick License 
  
• Low Voltage Rescue (LVR) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a small team
• Flexible approach, reliable and hardworking
• Physically fit and safety-focused
• Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol screening
• Local to Darwin
