THE ROLE 

  • Lead end-to-end event management, delivering high-quality internal and external events with creative styling and seamless client experiences
  • Hybrid role of event planning and operational expectations- hands on environment
  • Develop and collaborate on menus, introducing innovative concepts and supporting retail and lunchtime activations
  • Own all marketing and communications, driving multi-channel campaigns with consistent, engaging, brand-aligned messaging
  • Grow the business through strong client relationships, achieving KPIs, driving repeat business, and securing new opportunities
  • Support operations and collaborate with the Site Manager, managing event assets, stock, and ensuring smooth, high-impact event execution

THE PERSON 

  • Minimum 4 years in similar role, minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality
  • Hands on operator from set up to pack down 
  • Strong knowledge of food trends, wine and cocktail experience
  • Brings visionary creativity to styling, theme development, and overall event direction 
  • Excels in communication, forging strong client relationships 
  • A marketing powerhouse with proven strategies and expert Canva (or similar) skills
  • Equally confident in big-picture strategy and hands-on event execution 
  • Innovative, adaptable, and always ready to turn challenges into smart solutions
