The Position

• Plan, supervise, and monitor the culinary operations across multiple kitchens; residential-catering, functions, events and retail
• Maintain an overall knowledge and passion for nutrition and healthy eating
• Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
• Lead and inspire and manage a brigade of high performing culinary talents
• Engage with the client on functions, events and direction of the food 
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
• Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required

The Person

• Executive Chef with the experience running large scale functions, volume catering and retail
• An understanding of good nutrition and allergy awareness
• Able to work Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend function or event 
• Commercially strong, with an eye for detail, quality and presentation standards
• Is an excellent communicator with great attention to detail 
• A high level of commercial acumen & Proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365
