We are inviting Expressions of Interest from passionate hospitality professionals to be part of our teams across some of Australia's most prestigious schools and universities. THE POSITION

  • Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for students
  • Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients
  • Monitor stock and minimize wastage
  • Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
  • Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation

THE PERSON

  • Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
  • Current Blue Card, or ability to obtain
  • Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
  • Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
  • Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
  • Basic baking and dessert making skills required
