F&B - Food and Beverage Attendant
Hourly Rate: Starting at $34.88 (inclusive of 25% casual loading)

The POSITION

We are developing a highly skilled and experienced F&B casual team to work in our premium corporate venues around Sydney. We are looking for experienced hospitality superstars to fill the following roles:

• F&B - Functions Waiter
• Boardroom Attendant

THE PERSON

• 3+ years of experience in high-end corporate dining, premium event settings or 5-star hotels.
• Polished, professional, and hospitality focused with a friendly smile, customer centric, with good communication (written & verbal).
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with a well organised team.
• Provide discrete hospitality service and be adaptable to change.
• Experienced in advanced function, restaurant and event experience and advanced food safety knowledge.
• Skilled in 3 plate carry, silver service, coffee skills, with food and wine knowledge.
• Maintain impeccable presentation and grooming standards and demonstrate strong customer service skills and customer service experience including the ability to “think outside the box” when faced with issues.  
• Proven to be self-motivated and work under pressure whilst prioritising to key deadlines and communicate effectively with a wide range of customers at a variety of levels.
• Must have a current NSW RSA
• Must be willing to get a National Police Check
