The Position

We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Food & Beverage Supervisors in Brisbane Airport Lounges. You will play a key role in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining operational excellence in a high-profile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of F&B attendants, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Coach, train, and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Oversee stock levels and ensure operational readiness for service
• Support compliance with food safety, health, and safety standards
• Ensure premium presentation and service across all areas of the lounges

The Person

• Proven hospitality leadership experience, ideally in a premium or fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Current National Police Check is desirable
• Willingness to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) – cost covered by Compass Group
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and peak periods as required
