Grounds person

• Based in Nambour (with local travel across North Brisbane & Sunshine Coast)
• Four day working week (6am - 4pm within Monday - Friday)
• $34.39 per hour plus superannuation
• No weekend work, giving you true work-life balance

Compass Group is a world leader in catering and support services. Delta Facilities Management offers maintenance, construction, and project management services to a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, defence, schools, offshore and remote sector projects. 

The Role:

• Mowing, edging, and whipper snipping
• Mulching, planting, pruning, and basic landscaping
• Graffiti removal and pressure washing
• Litter removal and general site clean-up
• Routine maintenance of garden beds and turf areas
• Checking and reporting site safety or maintenance issues

The Person:

• Grounds, landscaping, or general maintenance experience
• Confident with outdoor power tools and manual tasks
• Physically fit, punctual, and a team player
• Able to travel locally (Morayfield + nearby sites)
• Can pass a functional medical & drug/alcohol test
• Q Fever vaccinated or willing to be get one
