Compass Group & Delta FM are seeking Refrigeration Tech’s & HVAC’s looking to join the DeltaFM team on an even time days only roster. You’ll be part of establishing the brand new team conducting Village & Accommodation Maintenance at our latest addition to the portfolio - Rio Hope Downs 1. You’ll have a permanent room and a back to back team member.
THE POSITION
- Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
- Planned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, cleaning, fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units, freezers
- Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
- Allowances such as On Call, Call outs, Leading Hand, Dual Trade Allowance etc.
THE PERSON
- Full ARCTICK Licence & WA Restricted Electrical Licence
- Current CPR + LVR & Police Check within 12 months
- C Class Australian Drivers Licence, White Card
- Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
- Able to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rosters
