FIFO Hospitality All-rounder - Casual 

Daily pay rate: $398.13 (Casual Loading included) + Plus Superannuation

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

THE POSITION:

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, with an eagerness to learn
• Comfortable flying to the site for 2 weeks on an 10-hour shift
• Travel from Darwin, to support village accommodation across mining sites in the Northern Territory

THE PERSON:

• Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia to fully engage in all job responsibilities.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team, contributing to a harmonious and productive work environment.
• Complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening, as well as a National Police Clearance, full Driver's Licence, RSA, and White Card.
• Be prepared to work on a FIFO roster, showing adaptability and resilience in various work environments.
• Able to quickly adjust to new environments, schedules, and team dynamics.
• Committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive resident experience.
• Hotel or FIFO Hospitality experience highly regarded.
• Meticulous in performing tasks and ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the work environment.
