FP& Analyst - Modeling & Anaplan skills

We’re seeking a high-performing FP&A Specialist with expertise in Anaplan to join our supportive finance team. This role is essential in shaping financial strategy through thoughtful modelling, forecasting, and data integration.

What You’ll Do

• Build & Enhance Models: Develop and maintain intuitive financial models, forecasts, and budgets in Anaplan to support strategic planning
• Deliver Financial Insights: Monitor performance, interpret variances, and uncover key drivers using Anaplan and other tools
• Provide Meaningful Reporting: Present clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with colleagues to translate business needs into technical solutions that create value
• Integrate Data Seamlessly: Manage data flows between Anaplan and enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, data warehouses)
• Support Process Improvement: Contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives across financial systems and processes

Who You Are

• 3–5 years’ experience in a finance-focused role
• Certified Anaplan Solution Architect or Level 2 with 3+ years of build experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance plus professional qualification/postgraduate studies
• Demonstrated experience in Anaplan model building and administration
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
• Collaborative mindset with precision in financial interpretation
• Experience with ERP systems; Tableau or Power BI is a plus
