THE POSITION
Standard Hours TUES/WEDS/THUS 2:30pm-9pm
More hours available to the right candidate
Reheating and serving meals for an evening service from a hot Baine-Marie
Ensuring food is presented well and knows how to make quality control checks
Provide friendly, welcoming service, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction
Adhering to strict Food Safety Protocols and confidently managing Food Safety Paperwork
Working with a small team so must be able to communicate and escalate to manager
Barista prepared coffee (minimal volume)
THE PERSON
Good communication skills
Great work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multi-task
Experienced in working on your own or in a small team
Minimum 1 year with previous Catering Assistant / worked in a kitchen/ has done food preparation
Minimum 3 years' experience in similar service environment
Experience with barista made coffee desired but not essential
Be reliable, well-organised and full of passion for what you do
