ESS Defence provides food service and hospitality support to Defence sites across Australia. We deliver high quality meals and service that support the wellbeing of Australian Defence Force personnel.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Food & Beverage Attendant with food preparation experience to join our team at the Army Aviation Centre in Oakey, Toowoomba.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with food preparation, meal service and cleaning duties• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Support the bar and dining area
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Support kitchen and hospitality operations as required
• Keep work areas clean, organised and safe

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with food prep and working in a bar
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Available for 3-9pm shifts
• Knowledge of food safety practices preferred
• Hold an RSA or be willing to upda
• Ability to work in a structured team environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check
