The Position

• Act as the Manager on Duty overseeing all lounge operations and ensuring service delivery runs smoothly across the shift
• Serve as the primary liaison between Compass Group and the client, addressing operational needs and resolving issues promptly
• Lead supervisors and team leaders by assigning tasks, monitoring performance and upholding service and presentation standards
• Support the Key Account Manager with rostering, daily operational administration and stock control requirements
• Manage incident escalation including guest feedback, service recovery and operational disruptions
• Ensure compliance with airport safety protocols and maintain secure, efficient lounge operations
• Oversee end‑of‑shift reporting including handovers, service logs and operational updates

The Person

• Reliable transport preferred to ensure consistent arrival for early, late and split shifts
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining premium lounge standards
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy, demonstrating consistency in a secure airport environment
• Strong safety mindset with adherence to airport, equipment and food safety protocols
• Professional presentation with a well‑groomed, tidy appearance suitable for a premium lounge setting
• High‑energy team contributor with strong communication skills and a goal‑oriented approach
• Calm and composed under pressure, especially during peak flight periods or service disruptions
• Positive, solutions‑focused attitude, supporting both colleagues and guests
