We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Nth Heritage Motel, Cairns. This casual opportunity is ideal for someone looking for flexible work while developing hospitality experience within a supportive and professional team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist with food preparation and meal service
• Support breakfast and dining service operations
• Set up and clear dining and service areas
• Maintain clean, organised and welcoming customer areas
• Follow food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Support the wider hospitality team during busy service periods

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous hospitality, food service or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable with flexible availability for casual shifts
• Positive, proactive and team-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check
