The Position:
Lead the front-of-house team for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Foster a culture of teamwork, responsibility, and a passion for excellence.
Ensure compliance with contract and service standards, maintaining seamless daily operations.
Lead by example while driving the team with a positive attitude while delivering exceptional customer service.
Oversee rostering and people management.
The Person:
Leadership and people management experience, including rostering and budgeting.
HACCP food handling experience and a strong understanding of allergen management in food service.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team with excellent communication skills.
Independence and confidence to make operational decisions, supported by the site operations manager.
Must hold a licence and have transport to access site
