THE POSITION 

  • Inspire and motivate your team by leading from the front and setting the benchmark for exceptional service
  • Show off your barista skills with confidence as you craft quality espresso coffees and a variety of beverages
  • Take ownership of the food and beverage experience, ensuring every service moment is seamless and memorable
  • Respond to guest queries with speed, warmth, and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere at every interaction

THE PERSON 

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience and 5 years in the hospitality industry, bringing confidence and capability to every shift
  • A strong commitment to safety and exceptional service, paired with a sharp eye for detail
  • Outstanding communication, time management, and organisational skills that keep operations running smoothly
  • Impeccable personal presentation, reflecting professionalism and pride in your role
