We’re seeking a capable and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at HMAS Albatross, Nowra This is a full-time leadership role in a structured Defence environment, ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, delivering quality service, and maintaining high standards.

You’ll be supported with comprehensive training and work alongside an experienced, collaborative team committed to excellence.

The Position
• Full-time supervisory role overseeing day-to-day food and beverage operations
• Lead, motivate and support team members to maintain productivity and service standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements
• Support functions and events, ensuring smooth service delivery

The Person
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (minimum 1 year)
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Confident communicator with sound email and basic systems experience
• Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergen management
• Holds a valid driver’s licence, full-time working rights and a proactive, positive attitude
