The Position:

• Monday to Friday, occasional weekends
• Assist the manager in managing the day-to-day operations 
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service to the defence force
• Manage day to day operations and functions 
• Ensure all Company policies and procedures are applied while maintaining and monitoring quality customer service practices.
• Customer facing and direct contact for customers
• Monthly financial monitoring and reporting

The Person:

• Exceptional customer service and communication
• Digital literacy – required to learn company specific reporting programs
• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment 
• A passion for food with the ability to motivate and promote team members to achieve exceptional customer service  
• Strong communication skills as you will be in daily contact with Clients, Customers and Staff
