Food & Beverage Supervisor

$36.44 per hour plus superannuation 

• Full-time Monday to Friday 8-4 or 9-5 (depending on business needs)

THE POSITION

• Providing a high level of hospitality experience in the corporate sector
• Lead, motivate, and support FOH team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high-performance culture
• Train new and existing staff on service standards, food safety, and operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality service

• Supervisor experience or experience running teams and upholding service standards
• Natural leader and wanting a career/development in our great CGA business
• A true "hospo" person - someone that lives and breaths service and loves putting a smile on people faces everyday
• Exceptional team player who drives excellence within the team and upholds the high service standards we currently have
• Barista experience would be great but not essential
• Friendly and outgoing disposition
